Menopause in the Workplace.
I help organisations understand where they stand, equip managers and staff, and shape a menopause policy that becomes lived culture, not a document in a drawer.

A policy is only as good as its practice.
Too many organisations write a menopause policy and stop there. My role is to make sure it lives: shaping the document with your leadership, then guiding the training, communication and everyday support that turn intention into culture.
- Advisory partnership with management
- Policy shaped to your organisation
- Manager and staff education
- Practical implementation and follow-through
Five steps, and only one of them is first.
Every step is proposed by what the step before it finds, so you never buy the whole thing. You buy the next sensible piece. Steps two, three and four are not a queue; most organisations take two of the three, in whatever order their own findings make obvious.
Find out where you stand
Menopause Readiness Audit. A confidential survey of your women and of their managers, a review of the policies you already have, and a written report that ranks every gap by exposure and by what it would cost to close. You end up with a document you can take to your executive.
Write it down
Policy Build. A one-page menopause policy drafted from what your own survey found, a manager FAQ sitting behind it, and a named person to go to who is not the line manager. Your lawyer signs it off. You end up with something a manager can act on without asking permission.
Train the people who hear it first
Manager Training. Ninety minutes, up to twenty managers. What to say, what not to say, what an adjustment actually costs, and when to escalate. Confidence measured before and after. You end up with the number that shows it worked.
Support the women themselves
Employee Program. The 6 Week Reset run as a workplace cohort. Movement, nervous system regulation, breathwork and the habits that hold. Onsite or online. You end up with somewhere for a manager to refer someone to.
Keep it alive
Retained Partner. A named contact for HR, a quarterly manager refresh, an annual re-survey against your original baseline, and policy upkeep as the law moves. You end up with a second year you can prove.
Menopause Readiness Audit.
For organisations that want to know where they actually stand before they spend anything. Most organisations do not have a menopause problem. They have an unmeasured one. The audit finds out. Four to five weeks, fixed scope, fixed price.
Confidential surveys
A confidential survey of employees aged 40 and over, and a separate short survey of their direct managers. Anonymous, run by us, so people answer honestly.
Policy review
Your existing policies, from flexible work, personal leave and performance management to your psychosocial risk register, reviewed against what the Queensland Code of Practice on psychosocial hazards actually requires.
Two conversations
Two one-hour conversations: one with HR, and one with a line manager who has women in that age group reporting to them.
A written report
What you are already doing well, every gap we found ranked by exposure and by cost to fix, and a recommended order of work.
A readout session
A 60-minute readout session with whoever you want in the room.
At the end, a document you can take to your executive, your WHS committee or your board that says, in plain language, where you stand and what to do first.
Fixed scope, fixed price: $4,500 + GST, with no ongoing commitment.
Invoiced 50% on commencement and 50% on delivery of the report. This audit is an assessment of workplace practice and policy. It is not legal, medical or psychological advice and it does not diagnose or treat any condition. We recommend your own legal or WHS adviser reviews any policy before it is adopted, and that individual health questions go to a treating practitioner. All prices quoted in AUD, exclusive of GST.
What workplaces say.
Dawn presented a Menopause workshop and information session to our organisation as part of our 2025 Wellness program. She ran an extremely professional, yet relatable session… Since the session, we’ve had feedback from our staff that this was one of the best sessions we’ve had in our wellness program so far… I would highly recommend a corporate wellness session from Dawn … to any organisation that advocates for their employees’ health and wellbeing.
